The failure of Someone To Listen to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit our rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches.

Someone To Listen, LLC, automatically digitally records all conversations for safety and compliance purposes but does not attach personally identifiable information like customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numbers. These recordings are permanently deleted from the database 365 days after the recording is made.

Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Florida law without regard to conflict of law provisions. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
